M. GABRIELA PALACIOS, founder/attorney
Maria Gabriela Palacios was born in Managua, Nicaragua. She moved to the United States after graduating High School and went on to attend Florida International University where she received a Bachelor’s of Arts Degree in International Relations. It was during her time at FIU that she discovered her passion for the legal field, she wanted to make a difference and helping others with their legal needs seemed like the perfect fit.
After graduating from FIU, Gabriela worked at a law firm for three years. During her time there, she worked on Personal Injury, Workers Compensation, Civil Litigation, and Immigration cases.
In 2012, Gabriela moved to North Carolina and earned her Juris Doctor Degree in May 2015. While in Law School, she volunteered for the Latin American Coalition in Charlotte helping non-English speakers with their citizenship applications.
Furthermore, Gabriela volunteered for Wills for Heroes assisting first responders and their families with estate planning.
Soon after graduating Law School, she moved back to Miami, Florida and became a member of The Florida Bar. She is also admitted to Federal Practice in the U.S. District Court, Southern District of Florida.
After working for other firms in the areas of Personal Injury, First Party Property Insurance, Workers Compensation, Civil and Commercial Litigation, First Party Property Insurance, and Immigration, Gabriela decided to open The Palacios Law Firm PLLC.
The Palacios Law Firm is focused in the areas of Business, Civil Litigation, and Personal Injury.
